VIETNAM MOTORS INDUSTRY COOPERATION - JIONT STOCK COMPANY ORGANIZED A TRIP TO PAC BO MONUMENT IN CAO BANG PROVINCE FOR VETERANS, MILITIAMEN

Vietnam Motors Industry Cooperation – Joint Stock Company organized a trip to Pac Bo monument in Cao Bang Province for veterans, militiamen
On the occasion of the 71st anniversary of Vietnamese People's Army (December 22nd  1944 – December 22nd 2015) and the 26th anniversary of  the National Defense (December 22nd 1989 - December 22nd 2015) , on December 19th 2015, Vietnam Motors Industry Cooperation – Joint Stock Company organized a trip to Pac Bo monument in Cao Bang Province for nearly 40 veterans, militiamen.

At noon of December 19th, all visitors were at Pac Bo monument, which lies close to the border Vietnam – China, in Truong Ha commune, Ha Quang district, Cao Bang province. Pac Bo means "upstream”. Pac Bo is also the "source" of Vietnam Revolution.

 Pac Bo relates to the particularly important historical period in President Ho Chi Minh’s movement and Vietnam's revolution during 1941-1945. This is where President Ho Chi Minh established his residence and worked on Vietnam’s revolutionary course after returning from 30 years abroad to liberate Vietnam. On January 28th 1941, Uncle Ho returned to the Vietnam and directly led that Vietnam Revolution movement. Here, He chaired the 8th Party Plenum (from 10th  to 19th May 1941), which defined the most urgent tasks of Vietnam were to liberate the country and to establish  Viet Minh Front; it is also the place where Uncle Ho founded newspaper "Việt Nam Độc Lập" and set up propaganda organs of the Viet Minh Front; organize political and military training, ...

Pac Bo has many valuable historical sites related to Uncle Ho’s movement such as mountain Cac Mac mountain, Le-nin Stream, Coc Po cave,  Khuoi Nam shack, ...

Next, the visitors visited and thurified the fallen hero Kim Dong’s grave, who protected revolutionary officers during the French – Vietnamese war. Kim Dong monument is located in Na Ma village, Truong Ha commune, Ha Quang district, Cao Bang province.

Thanks to this trip, each veteran, militiaman understands more about Uncle Ho’s revolutionary life, about national history, the history of the Vietnamese People's Army, and stimulated the learning and labor consciousness, the creativity to build and protect the country.
